Delete Your Gringotts Account

In the App

Open Gringotts, go to Account, and tap Delete My Gringotts Data.

Or by Email

Email chris@moba11y.com from the address you sign in with, asking to delete your account.

What's Deleted

• Right away: your conversations with HAi1Y in the apps, your sign-ins and your usage records.
• Within 30 days, by the team: your account's link to Gringotts, your strategy choices and settings, and any HAi1Y conversation in Slack.

Your brokerage account and its trade history stay with Public.com. Gringotts no longer reads or trades in it.
